For me, fitness has always been more than a job, it’s a lifelong passion. Over the last five years I’ve helped people transform their health, strength, and confidence, both in-person as well as online. This passion started long before my career, and that same energy drives me to create result-focused, personalized workout plans and nutritional guidance for each client I work with. Certified through ISSA with six different specializations and years of experience coaching clients of all ages and fitness levels, I can confidently say I know how to design programs that fit your lifestyle, meet you where you are, and take you further than you thought possible. At Tri Fitness & Wellness, we believe true fitness is about more than just physical strength, it’s about harmony between your mind, body, and soul. Basketball Trainer
With over 11 years of coaching and training experience, Andrew Smith (Coach Drew) has established himself as a dedicated mentor in the world of basketball. After playing a national high school schedule at Laurinburg Institute, he continued his basketball journey at Bevill State, followed by stints overseas in Denmark and semi-professional leagues. His passion for youth development, his knowledge of the game, and lessons learned from his own journey fuel his commitment as a fierce coach and trainer. Currently coaching at Summit Creek Academy and serving as 16u circuit coach and director for Team Global Select, he has successfully helped many young athletes secure college opportunities while instilling the confidence and mental fortitude to excel both on the court and in life. coach Faith Price
Basketball Trainer (D1 Shooting Lab)
Faith played 5 years of Division 1 basketball (Campbell University, UNCG & High Point University) and was considered a 3 point Specialist. During her junior year in college, she was ranked #11 in the country in 3pt percentage and she currently holds the record of number of 3s made in a single game at UNCG. Pickleball Instructor
Coach Terry Chen is a 4.0 DUPR-rated pickleball player with a deep passion for the game and a drive to help others discover its joy. With five gold medals under his belt and Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification, Terry brings both skill and safety to the court.

Certified Step Aerobics Instructor
Tiffany is our certified step board aerobics instructor, trained through Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil. Although she officially became an instructor in 2025, she has been active in step aerobics since 2022—an experience that sparked her own fitness journey.
After successfully reaching her personal fitness goals, Tiffany is passionate about helping others gain confidence, build strength, and discover their own path through step aerobics. Her classes are beginner-friendly and blend step routines with full-body fitness training for an energizing, fun workout.

Certified Fitness Instructor
“Coach V”ictoria is a holistic personal trainer and integrative coach who works with adults who desire to live a healthier lifestyle and move more confidently in their bodies to continue to keep up with the quality of life that they want as they continue to age. By leveraging skills in personal training, nutrition, education, and mindset matters, she helps clients reach their fitness goals and develop the habits to sustain those results. Coach V is originally from Asheville, NC. After meeting her now husband (Chris) at NC State University, they moved to Greensboro, NC and have called this city their home for the last 21 years. Victoria has been in her field for 5 years now. Prior to that, she was a preschool teacher, owning and operating her own home preschool for 8 years until COVID. In addition to enlightening others, Victoria also homeschools her daughter and makes jewelry. Her specialty is waist beads. Being a cancer survivor has given Victoria an opportunity to see life differently. Learning invaluable lessons about grace, faith, gratitude, and walking with God, she is openly grateful for that experience. She is now more equipped to support others as they go through similar life lessons while on their fitness journeys.
