Membership plans can be customized to fit your individual needs. Teens & Seniors will receive a discount off of the posted rate.
There are no long-term contracts so cancel any time with a 30 day notice; however, we hope that you will make a lifestyle change and allow us to forever serve YOU!

- Unlimited open gym fitness center visits - Unlimited open gym "adult recess" events- Unlimited virtual fitness challenges - 1 Ultimate R&R Wellness Theatre Visit

        - The R&R Ultimate Experience - 
Sit back, relax and reset in the Wellness Theatre during your excursion.  The session can include progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness or a personalized Virtual Reality (VR) session.  The VR option allows you to personalize your experience by picking your mood,  and your environment.   Lastly, you will receive a 20 min zero gravity full body massage with theatre style visualization.  This experience calms your mind and relaxes your body.   Includes a complimentary mocktail and charcuterie appetizer. Approx. 40-45 min.

Team Building & Group
Reservations

Give your team a mental break by booking us for your next team building and wellness event.  We combine our adult recess indoor playground with rotations in/out of the wellness theatre.  Our indoor gymnasium will be converted to an adult playground that consist of mini golf, corn hole, double dutch, hulu hoops, line dancing, basketball, pickleball, and more. 

(Great team building for athletes, small businesses,  corporations, or any group).
