Sit back, relax and reset in the Wellness Theatre during your excursion. The session can include progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness or a personalized Virtual Reality (VR) session. The VR option allows you to personalize your experience by picking your mood, and your environment. Lastly, you will receive a 20 min zero gravity full body massage (partial or none) with theatre style visualization. This experience calms your mind and relaxes your body.
