Sit back, relax and reset in the Wellness Theatre during your Relaxation Excursion. Your session will begin with a journal check-in, a mocktail, and charcuterie appetizer. Next, you will be guided thru a progressive muscle relaxation exercise followed by a full body zero gravity chair massage with calming theatre style visualization - where relaxation is maximized. This experience calms your mind and relaxes your body and allows you to quiet your mind so that the soul can speak! Relaxing environments will vary. Approx. 45 min. Expires 1 year after purchase.

Ultimate R&R Excursion (VR)
Everything with Deluxe but more personalized with Virtual Reality. In lieu of the theatre style visualization, you will pick your environment and your mood within the VR headset. Approx. 45 min. Expires 1 year after purchase.

Sit back, relax and reset in the Wellness Theatre during your mini Relaxation Excursion. This session can include one of the following: 1) progressive muscle relaxation exercise with calming theatre style visualization paired with a full body zero gravity chair massage. 2) a mindful meditation exercise with calming theatre style visualization paired with a full body zero gravity chair massage or 3) a full body zero gravity chair massage with calming theatre style visualization, non-guided.
